Let's face it most animals get fleas. They have a way of making you feel like its your fault. Like your a bad owner because you can't afford their products for fleas. They act like they are concerned about your pet until they find out you can't afford to leave your pet over night and pay an extra 100 bucks.
I took in my sweet 18 year old kitty in last night, she wasn't breathing well. They took her right in, took excellent care of and me! She's home now and doing much better. We have used the staff here for years and they have great compassion for animals and their parents.
Had my little dog spade and shots done. She was in good shape coming home the following day and wasnt traumatised at all. A bit pricey if you dont get the discount certificate ahead of time. But great doctors and employees are worth it!!
Really frustrates me that the office could not stay open FIVE minutes longer for my husband to pick up a pill for our dog. We live in Northport and my husband was coming back through McAdory on his way home. Yes, I understand people are ready to go to when it's closing time BUT payment could have been taken over the phone and my husband could have picked up the medicine. If you ACTUAL pulled out of the parking lot at 8:00, you are actually clocking out before 8:00 and cheating the company. Maybe ever once in a while GO THE EXTRA MILE for someone instead of being worried about getting off work. You'll be amazed the difference you could make!
Wouldn't take my animals any where else. The doctors are fantastic and wonderful staff.
