Caring staff; very little wait time, if any; competent doctors
The doctors and nurses are kind and under standing. And the office staff is very helpful.
My husband and I had an appointment for over a month with Dr. Miller. We went in for our appointment today, only to be told they had scheduled us with the ONLY doctor there that did not accept our insurance. This review is not about the doctor herself, but the clinic in general. They told us it would be another month or longer before they could get us in with another doctor there. My husband is an engineer for the railroad and had to take off for this appointment. I am beyond livid with this medical center and we both will not be back.
This has been our doctor's office of choice for many years. As of this week we will be searching for a new primary doctor. Called because I had suffered an injury and was told I couldn't be seen for three days. Went to an urgent care facility to find I had a fractured leg. Today my husband was feeling extremely dizzy and faint. Rushed him over there..fractured leg and all only to be told they would call him if anything became available. Sitting at urgent care now to find out what is wrong with him.
Dr.Deerman is a great doctor. It is nice to see a young doctor that cares. She listens to all your concerns and takes the time to properly treat you. This is something that doctors lack now days. 10 stars! Also, the staff at Tannehill Health Center are amazing too. I never got a feeling that she did not like women as two obviously related reviewers mentioned. If anything, I felt that she has a genuine concern for me and my daughter as women.
